INSTALLATION
We have put all our experience in construction and remodeling into making installations as simple and effortless as possible.
Our concrete sinks will hook up to standard plumbing (1 1/4 inch thread) and can use deck-mounted or wall-mounted faucets.
If you are planning a custom remodeling job, please let us know in advance, so that we can adapt to your precise needs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Each piece is hand polished and impregnated, leaving the natural luster of polished cast concrete while providing maximum stain and scratch resistance. For the longest life, clean your sink with mild soap and water and a non-abrasive sponge or microfiber cloth.
Avoid leaving rubbing alcohol, peroxide, nail polish remover, lotions, perfumes, or colognes for a long period of time, please be sure to clean up right away.
DO NOT Use any harsh cleaners that contain bleach, vinegar, citrus, or other acids. This will not harm the concrete, but it may etch your coating.

PRODUCTION TIMES
We make everything by hand – from mixing through curing and polishing your original sink. The process takes about 4 weeks.
While we make our best to ship orders quickly, we would never compromise quality.

There is nothing more important than getting your order to you in time and in perfect condition. Our sinks are shipped worldwide in custom-made wooden pallets to ensure their safe travel.
On top of that, we use DHL EXPRESS service to guarantee arrival in a timely fashion.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for all duties and additional local or country taxes incurred upon delivery. The refusal to cover those charges is considered a forced return and forfeits your rights under consumer protection regulations. In plain terms, if an item is returned to us due to unpaid customs taxes we will withhold all additional costs incurred for shipping and returning the item.
